Who We Are
Cas started her career in payroll when she was 17 years old, working for a small company, calculating payroll manually. She continued to work in the payroll profession, becoming a payroll supervisor, then a payroll manager and finally, founding PayPacket in 2005, seeing the business grow from 1 client to over 8000 clients supported today. Cas is passionate about continuous improvement and making sure the service offered to our clients is second to none.
Kim began her career in finance straight from full time education at the age of 18, moving predominantly into payroll 3 years later. Starting out as a payroll administrator, quickly gaining more knowledge, experience and responsibility. Progressing to payroll supervisor and now payroll manager at PayPacket, Kim is driven by ensuring our clients receive the absolute best service possible.
Emma’s journey into the world of payroll started at the age of 18, and she’s been mastering the numbers game ever since. With an impressive track record spanning over 25 years, her unwavering passion for all things numbers has never dwindled. Emma’s commitment is more than a job; it’s a dedication to ensuring everyone gets paid on time. Known for going the extra mile, Emma thrives on delivering exceptional customer care.
Jas is our Account Relationship Manager with 25+ years of expertise under her belt. From Internal and External Sales to Customer Care at Experian, Jas is all about the customer and building relationships. Since 2014, she’s been a key member of the PayPacket team, ensuring robust relationships with our Local Authority Partners, whilst always keeping the Service User at the very centre of what we do.
Our dedicated UK based team are here and ready to assist you from 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
We answer over 1,000 calls every week. Our aim is to always to answer your call in three rings. If you prefer to communicate by email, rest assured we will respond to you within a 24-hour window.
