The National / Minimum Wage is a statutory requirement for a minimum hourly wage to be paid to workers in the United Kingdom from age 21. In April 2025 this increased to £12.21 for those aged 21 and over, for 18–20-year-olds £10.00 per hour and for 16–17-year-olds £7.55 per hour
